This is the philosophy that underpins our core purpose, which is to create a Home for Success for our students. It’s fundamental to everything we do.
A key part of our strategy is to increase the number of beds let through the partnerships we develop with the strongest UK universities, helping them to manage record levels of student demand. We partner with over 60 universities across the UK, guaranteeing that 60% of our rooms are let under quality ‘nomination agreements’. This provides high visibility of forward occupancy and rental growth.
We continue to optimise our portfolio through development, disposal, acquisition and lifecycle investments to make sure we have the right properties in the right locations. We are proud of the work we put in to keep these buildings safe and secure.
