Salisbury Court Community Space

To ensure we are acting responsibly in the current climate we have made the decision to postpone the open viewing day at Salisbury Court that was scheduled on 1st April. We will extend the application deadline to reflect this and will confirm a new date for the open day here when more information is available. At Unite Students we are committed to the communities in which we operate, working to ensure our student accommodation and residents act as a considerate neighbour, and create benefit for those around our buildings.

As part of our commitment to this belief, we have created an opportunity for a not-for-profit voluntary and community sector organisation to lease and manage a new community space at our Salisbury Court, Edinburgh accommodation. This space will be leased at a peppercorn rent, and as such the tenant will be chosen following a competitive tender process.
